L & J Meat Market

What a great experience at L & J Meat Market! We picked up some chicken wings and meat sticks, and the quality was fantastic – truly delicious. What impressed us just as much was the staff. Despite how busy it was, every employee we interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful. They run a very efficient operation and we were helped much faster than we expected. Highly recommend!

All local and humanely raised meats! Love a nice family owned spot with a great selection! We stopped here on our way out of town to stock up for the Fourth of July.

L&J has great customer service and delicious meats! We have our animals processed here and also buy their meats to stock our freezer. Every weekend we have their breakfast meats!

Great Freezer selection, just ordered a Hog for winter. Had to grab a couple Steaks and some Side Pork while we were there.

Great local butcher shop. If you don't see it in the cooler just ask, they will cut it for you.

We visited the store today as we regularly do and saw lamb chops. I have never had lamb but was intrigued and along with a sirloin, we bought 2 chops. Oh my gosh!! They were fabulous!! I will definitely buy again, all of the meat from this establishment is above and beyond quality. Nice job L&J !!

Just recently had a quarter of beef processed by L & J Meat Market and they did a beautiful job! Packaging was all sealed and clean, which I say that because the last quarter I had processed by Ebels was covered in meat pieces and blood, and some of my steaks were not sealed properly. I also purchased some deli ham slices while I was there and it was delicious! Highly recommend!!!

Just picked up our half a beef from L&J . Their cut quality and packaging was top notch. Exactly the way I asked it to be. Great experience, great communication.

I read tons of good reviews and drove an hour both ways to pick up my bundles. The first problem was they shorted me 7 pounds of ground beef. The second issue is no matter how long I cook their cuts of meat they're super tough, the bacon is super salty and thick, the ribs have hardly any meat and the cuts I've cooked have all been super fatty.. seems they pack on as much fat for weight and price. I had a 3 almost 4 pound roast that I only got one pound of edible meat off of it. I will not be returning definitely not worth the $500 I paid and 2 hour drive. I'll try my luck at ebels next time. I'm super disappointed in my experience hopefully others continue to have better experience.

They have a great selection and fresh items. Prices are good and friendly staff. We especially like the convenient in and out. We just got the chicken package and it was the best.

Visited L&J for the first time about 3 weeks ago. Bought a Prime Rib, Beef Sticks, sliced Pastrami, and a package of Brats. Everything tasted awesome! The service was friendly and great!! Highly Recommend them!

Great local business! The owners are awesome people that run a great shop. Good product, fair prices, and friendly service. What more could you ask for. Will definitely be back.
