My son and I visited the farm during the 2018 Memorial Day open house. The event itself was enjoyable. We saw cows, bison, goats, chickens, horses, goats and a beautiful farm. The best part was eating the Tamworth pork chops we made when we got home. Those were the best chops I've ever eaten. Definitely worth the slightly higher price to buy meat for a special occasion. Looking forward to serving Bison at our Thanksgiving meal this year. Thank you!
First time having bison! Made bison burgers, Awesome. Then made bison chili, best chili we ever made. Dogs love the treats. So we're going back for more. We just love the grass fed grass finished product. Just tastes better and we feel better. Like I said dog approved!

Just served up a beef ribeye steak from Greg’s farm. Most delicious cut of beef I’ve ever had. Full of flavor and tender! Greg is knowledgeable and friendly and gave us pointers on cooking grass fed beef. We’ll be going back for more.
This guy is the real deal; super friendly and very knowledgeable. Haven’t had the Bison yet but the beef is out of this world, very tender and full of flavor. You will never go back to grocery store or butcher shop beef again.
