Our friend gave us some jerky from here...I am drooling just thinking about it! These jerky sticks, my fave was the HB, for honey barbecue. Now they have pineapple teriyaki. The summer sausage was very tasty. Their slices of steak jerky are perfectly marbled, nice balance of dried, but still moist. They have sweet onion mustard, two sisters honey, toffee, flavored popcorn, spice rubs, dried soup mixes. They have lots of jarred BBQ sauce & jellies. I cant wait to go there & see what else we can grab. Recommend to everyone. Little shop on Court Street. They also have gift cards.
Honestly the best 'Cowboy' cut steak I've had in a long time... And the service is un-matched. THANK YOU! I will be back!
My favorite butcher in tricites. This is the only place I will by my steaks and beef from and have been doing so for the last couple years. Great customer service with amazing meats. Highly recommend!
We had a cow processed by Knutzens and I don’t like it. What a messy way to thaw out meat. We were told butcher paper prevents freezer burn but that’s a complete lie. Haven’t had my cow for 6 months and my meats already getting freezer burn. I can see why they say butcher paper prevents it because it’s cheaper. Vaccum sealing is more expensive but it does not let freezer burn happen. I don’t like that all my cuts have bones in them. Some of my ground beef’s had pieces of bone in them. Which to me is disgusting when you’re chewing your burger and a bone comes in between. Needless to say I have my questions about that processing aswell. I personally would not use this company again.
Our favorite place to get grass fed, grass finished steak that won't break the bank! Super friendly, knowledge staff, great seasoning blends, and don't forget to grab some house made jerky!
Great local meat market, high-quality products, and a wide variety of other products that complement the cooking experience. They also sell the best apple butter I have ever had! Friendly, courteous service every time I visit.
Just incredible. Edith and Leanne are both total sweethearts and their exceptional customer service turned my bad day around. This shop has a mind boggling assortment of yummy pickled goods from pickled cherries to quails eggs and over a hundred different bbq sauces. Their frozen meat selection is wild, ranging from Mac and cheese bratwurst to pineapple jalapeño brats. Pricing on basic stuff like ground meat and chicken is even comparable to or cheaper than local grocery stores. P.S. you really must try the honey bbq beef sticks 😵💫🥴🥰
One of the best butchers in the Tri-Cities. Knowledgeable staff and a great selection of meats. The pepperoni selection is amazing and so good! One of the few places that sources local, quality meats from the area.
I really enjoyed talking to the owners. And this shop has good variations of meat available. I personally went to get some goat meat but didn't find it, so I picked some lamb meat. Prepared and enjoyed freshly cooked at home with garlic naan. My wife loved my cooking, lol.
Love this place. We bought 6 packs of sausage from them. The owner was pretty cool and very informative. Thanks guys!
Excellent. Great customer service. Good job wrapping.
Excellent family owned and operated business. We've been going to Knutzens for processing our family farm livestock for years and years. One of the best in the area.
If I could give them 50 stars I certainly would. Specifically talking about the Knutzen's family - they are such amazing people! We are so blessed to have them in our town. The kindness and compassion they show their customers who are in …
High quality meat for sure! I splurged for a birthday on the filet mignon and it may have very well been the best piece of beef I've ever had. Their breakfast sausage and brats are delicious, and my dog loves the treats. Friendly and helpful staff rounds it all out!
I'm from Arlington WA, say 200 something miles from Knutzens but I drive every other month to pick up $300 worth of peppered and regular jerky. They have the best I've ever tasted. Thank you Edith and crew, you folks are incredible.
Knudzen's Meats is the absolute best for fresh beef, pork, etc. They have a great staff, always have answers to a lot of questions, and are very knowledgeable about all of their products and quite often you speak with one of the owners. …
We were looking for a place to purchase a higher grade of meat and came here to decide if this was the place. Walking in, first impression was very positive. We talked to the owner and decided on the best method for us. He was very …
We got the pork and beef box. Got plenty of meat to last us for a couple of months. So far the sirloin was amazing, best bacon I have ever had, and the smoked pork chops we bought on the side are awesome. Can't wait to go back. If you know …
Great meats. Good selection. Decent prices. Not really much more to say than that, but I will anyway. They have an amazing marinade, whiskey and sweet onion. They use it on their tri-tip, and it is to die for. …
Such a wonderful place. Family run, great staff, and a perfect way to shop small and support someone raising a family vs. a CEO somewhere. Great meat including rare specialty cuts and kinds, great homemade sauces, spice rubs, pickled …
