I live out of state. I have heard of Klymer Ridge Farm from a long time friend. When I got a chance to go to there farm this past week I was totally impressed with the farm. Thad and company have some of the best meats I have ever come across. If you get a chance to stop by the farm or to one of the farmers markets they attend. You will not be disappointed in there products.

The chorizo and tallow we bought was exceptional! The farm store was nicely organized and decorated, and the owners were very welcoming. We haven’t personally tried their products but the bakery that sells through them is amazing! It’s called Mama B’s Bakery! My friend buys their meats and swears by them. Hasn’t gone to the grocery store since. Looking forward to buying some of their meat at some point.
