Biggest problem with bathroom . They only have portable bathroom. No water accessibility and other problem no parking lot or enough space to park

My experience with this business was the absolute worst. I would never recommend them to anyone seeking USDA product for resale. I did not get the cuts I listed, even though they made a copy of my cutting list. I got many mislabeled cuts, ( for example; a NY strip steak labeled a T-bone [I did not ask for NY strip steaks]). Labeled, 1 pound packages of ground beef too coarsely ground with bits of grizzle in it, 90% of them under 1 pound in actual weight. Never got the liver, heart or oxtail, and they charge more than anyone else in the area. I hope they will do a better job for other small meat producers in the area.
