Always stock of hay available. My animals, even finicky ones, eat it all. Weight stays on the cows. Employees and owners are amazing and quick. Always smiling and kind. Just tried our first pound of ground beef.....will be buying it regular now. Amazing taste. Low fat. Please don't hesitate to visit this farm.

The people that own this ranch are some of the most amazing people in the world. They are knowledgeable, friendly and more than willing to go the extra mile. I have been getting my hay for about 30 years from this man and he has never sold me anything that wasn't anything less than first rate. Visiting this farm for all of your hay needs won't leave you disappointed.

BUYER BEWARE: If you buy hay from here, MAKE SURE YOU: -get a finalized quote by phone the day of delivery, BEFORE the delivery leaves the ranch (I did not, and was charged $2 more per bale on arrival) -get everything in writing -weigh the bales off the truck and count the bales delivered (I received #50 bales instead of #65-75 I was quoted) -confirm delivery fees in writing ahead of time, use texting if that's easiest, just get solid proof of your quote This is due to my experience of being charged whatever they felt like after hay arrived. Bales are deceptively undersized, and my only option now to return is to pay another $250 delivery fee and continue to deal with the condescending owners who have made it clear they can charge whatever they want, not follow their own stated policies and not follow through on their own quotes.

We've been unhappy about the Timothy hay we'd bought in the past from other local dealers. We decided to switch Orchard grass this year and a number of friends recommended Kimball's. We went there and bought a couple of bales to try it out. The hay looked and smelled great. We gave it to our horses and they finished it all. After we used up the first bale we drove back to Kimball's and order 3 tons. Set up a delivery day and time and they showed up right on time. Delivery and stacking went quickly and was done the way we asked. Our horses are continuing to enjoy the clean, fresh hay and we'll be back next year for more hay.

They not only walked us out to let us see the hay before purchase, they did their best to help educate my son on the differences between cuts and let us inspect them for our preferences for our animals. Very kind, helpful and knowledgable staff!

I had him hay my field last year and it worked out great, crew was great and a good price. This year has been nothing but excuses on not making over to cut it and bale it. He does my neighbors fields and could have done mine at the same time but didn't for some unknown reason. Vli am very disappointed he didn't keep his word.

While loading our trailer, they caused damage to our truck. Then said it was our fault. Owner, who wasn't there, and I spoke to on phone, said it was because we didn't hook up trailer correctly. I was a truck driver for over 15 years. I think I know how to properly hook up a trailer. I won't buy anything from them again.

They are the kindest family and employees. Also helpful with information and the prices are fair market. Also the #1 important thing is THEY ALWAYS HAVE STOCK ON HAY. Thank you ladies for always tractoring the rounds with care.

Just started dealing with Kimball's Ranch this last year, but I have to say I'm highly impressed with their customer service. I work for a construction company and we purchase straw for our erosion control on jobs where we've had to dig up a lot of earth to put in utilities. Kimball's has always given me prompt service and has gone out of their way to making the purchase and pick easy. I will always recommend Killball's ranch.
