I purchased a 1/2 steer and it has been nothing short of fantastic especially with the high cost of meat. I've made beef ribs with a wine reduction sauce, sous vide chuck roast french dip, meat balls, smoked brisket, grilled steaks, fajitas, and the ground beef is so good. Friend and family have noticed the difference from store bought meat. I can't recommend Kiana Creek enough!
We love our grass-fed beef! We had bought 1/4 before from a different source and were not happy with it, so we continued buying from the store for 10 years! We finally decided to try again and have been so pleased with the quality and packaging from Kiana Creek! The steaks are tender and delicious, and the ground beef is juicy without being greasy. Thanks for making me feel good about eating beef again.
The family is very professional and generous. They went out of their way to assist and help my daughter who is in 4H with animals during the fair. Hard to find folks and companies now who have but yet give back. I can see anyone wanting to do business with this family / Ranch only walking away greatly appreciative and satisfied.
We purchased the Sedalia pack. Just had the New York strips last night. They were amazing. The flavor was incredible. We seasoned with Himalayan pink salt and pepper only. They were truly delicious. Tonight, for supper we had beef cheddar jalapeño brats. They were equally delicious!
