Ordered a half of beef in August. The cuts are good. The burger is good. The summer sausage and dogs are awesome! I highly recommend this meat shop- excellent!
Ground beef flavorless. Tough and full of tendons or gristle. Roasts mostly bone. Won’t buy from them again
