Just tried beef from this local family owned Central oregon ranch for the first time and WOW the beef was very very well marbled and the flavor was incredible!! I love that their beef has a the rich full bodied “grain fed” flavor without being fed grain! After talking to to the owners of the ranch they assured me everything is 100% grass fed and natural! Love this local ranch and Central Oregon is lucky to have them here!! Highly recommend trying it.
