Kuene Organic Meats produces the BEST meat I have ever eaten! We have purchased both a whole beef and a whole hog and couldn't be happier with the product and the price. I wanted to make cold cuts and bought a lovely beef tongue. I cooked it in plain salt water to get an idea of the taste and it's just perfect. Mild and tender. Will go back for more!
