Had an amazing experience here, I wish I had found them sooner! We purchased a turkey for a Friendsgiving celebration in addition to eggs and pork sausage to give them a try. We are blown away by the quality of products and the customer service. I had a mishap when ordering and the owner reached out to me directly to make sure everything was taken care of. When I picked up my items, I came across free roaming turkey, chickens, cows, and sheep. A beautiful sight to see! The pricing is very fair and I am thrilled to be able to purchase from a local farm. We had their fresh turkey at our Thanksgiving. Best turkey ever!! White meat was so moist and actually so tasty. Gravy made from the pan dripping was delicious and turkey soup afterwards came out nicely, too!
We’ve ordered a turkey from the Karl Family for Thanksgiving for the past three years. It’s incredible how much better theirs is than what you get in stores or even other heritage turkeys that I’ve ordered in the past. So tender and juicy. All our family and friends agree. How they raise the turkeys makes all the difference. Plus they are the nicest people you’ll ever meet!
The eggs from this farm are LOVELY. We've had speckled eggs, green eggs, blue eggs, white eggs, tan eggs, you-name-it eggs! The yolks are also absolutely stunning - buttercup yellow in the spring, and deep, dark orange in the fall. Thanks very much to the Karl Family for sharing their bounty and maintaining heritage eggs!!
We made burgers from the ground beef and we’ve had the bacon a couple times. All amazing! I accidentally cooked the burgers a little longer than I usually would and they were still perfectly juicy. The thick bacon is unbelievable! I grew up in Iowa and this is the best bacon I’ve ever had!

I bought these as a gift for someone who suffers from migraines (no "fillers" in Karl Family Farms jerky), and picky about beef jerky, he said it tends to be greasy. He has thoroughly enjoyed the sampler pack and said it was so delicious! I'll be buying from Karl Family Farms again!
