JS2 Cattle Company

We were looking to buy a 1/2 cow, and took a chance on JS2 Cattle- so glad we did- meat is flavorful, perfect marbling and oh so tasty. If you have never had farm fresh beef you are missing out- we will be buying our meat from them as long as we can.

I’ve now ordered twice from JS2 Cattle Company, and both times have been nothing short of exceptional. The quality of the beef is outstanding—you can truly taste the farm-fresh difference. Joe has been incredibly easy and accommodating to work with. The first time we ordered, he patiently walked us through the process and offered helpful suggestions on different cuts. The second time, he was just as responsive and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. I genuinely won’t buy beef from anywhere else now. Knowing exactly where our meat is sourced and seeing the pride Joe and his family take in raising and humanely caring for their animals has made me a lifelong customer.

The quality of the beef from Joe is incredible. Joe is a fantastic person to work with, and very passionate about his work. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure his customers have a great experience and get exactly what they need.

Once you try this farm fresh beef, you won’t ever want to go back to whatever you get at the grocery store. You can truly taste the difference and appreciate the time that goes into the whole process from cow to freezer. Joe was great to work with and quick to respond. Having raised and butchered animals, this was worth paying for! Pick up was easy and the freezer trailer ensures the meat is frozen solid on pick up. Will be buying again once we work through our stash!

Being relatively new to the area, we were looking to be able to purchase farm fresh meat for our family. We have been purchasing cuts of beef from JS2 Cattle for about a year now and have been extremely happy with the quality of the meat and cuts that we have purchased. Joe is knowledgeable about the cuts and is able to help guide us when making choices. My family is very thankful for Joe and will continue to support his small business.

Where do I begin…. This is my 3rd purchase(smallest I have purchased was a quarter) from JS2 Cattle and my family will keep coming back. Joe takes his time with you to explain things, especially when it comes to the processing/cut sheets. I just had a pig processed and it made me realize how easy Joe makes it. The products that came from JS2 are top notch and well worth the time and money. When I have shared our purchase with others, they rave about the taste and quality of the beef!!! Thanks Meat Man!

Joe made the process of purchasing a share of beef and picking it up very simple. His customer service and communication is clear and professional. I greatly appreciate the amazing quality of the beef. I feel better health wise since switching to locally raised beef. Know your farmers so you know where your food comes from. Sourcing matters and this beef is some of the best. Joe is so easy to work with and very responsive. He’s very accommodating and arranging a pickup is easy and close. I’ve also purchased his beef at local farmers markets as well as direct. Would highly recommend!
