They are the absolute sweetest family. Treated us like their own. Gave us a tour even tho they arent doing tours til next summer. They have the most beautiful animals and such a well kept farm. Alot of unique furs on the animals. Such a cool experience. Recommend to everyone. High quality store as well. Definitely coming back to shop.

I don't make a habit of randomly driving back roads. However on Sunday I found myself passing a farm and a man was out front working on it. I felt compelled to compliment his farm and how welcoming it looked. He said they are having a grand opening in a week or so. With that "Junior" offered me some samples to take home and cook. Conveniently we were hosting a Bday party for a friend and well we had to cook up our generous gift from Junior. I have a culinary degree from the best School in the world so food is very important to me and when I made the transition to grass-fed beef a couple years ago I found myself wanting more flavor and fat. But over time I adjusted my cooking style and found that Grass-fed has not only a better more unique flavor along with being filled with better/healthier fats. Junior assured me that the Black Angus cows he raises both here in Jersey and in PA have a strict grass and hay diet and finishing all while living free range on 100's of acres. Best of all NO hormones, Antibiotics or chemicals will ever see this meat. Grass-fed beef is lower in calories, regulates healthy blood sugar levels, cancer fighting, 6x more Omega 3's than reg beef, less bad bacteria, lowers risk of heart disease and is Nutrient dense! Well, I will be first in line when he has his grand opening and every weekend after. They offer every cut of meat from the favorite Filet, T-bone, & burgers to some of my favorite cuts that require time and love like braising cuts (chuck) and short Ribs. He even gave my dogs some liver. Junior is also working on a petting zoo in the back for the kiddos. Do yourself a favor and follow this farm on social and get over to them when they open. They make it very simple to pick and choose whatever you want.. all different cuts of beef and they even have pork and chicken cutlets! Definitely recommend to any person who is a carnivore! Will be back 10/10

Jr’s cattle ranch is a traditional farm stand. The beef, chicken, and pork products are all farm fresh. Grass fed and hormone free is exactly what I want to serve to my family. No more major corporation process meats for us. This friendly family environment is why I will continue to shop at jr’s cattle ranch.

Cant believe this little gem is literally 10 mins from home. Jr & Donna and their children are awesome people. Beef, pork, chicken, sausage etc will meet your expectations and then some. Fresh.almost half the price as Wegmans or other stores. Give it a try.

Such a great variety of meats. We have been there quite a few times and purchased different cuts of steaks. The sliced chicken breasts are the easiest with no prep needed! Great to be able to get grass fed and hormone free with a friendly atmosphere.

Best steaks I’ve ever eaten!! I will never buy meat from anywhere else ever again, Jake and Ralph are the best guys around when it comes to taking care of their customers. Each steak really has an amazing taste. The burgers and eggs are incredible also! 10/10 would recommend.

This place has the highest quality meats I’ve had and I’ve had plenty to compare. Their pork chops are unmatched, so juicy and delicious. Their steaks are phenomenal. I also got thick cut bacon but haven’t tried yet, but there is more meat on this bacon than any I’ve ever seen. Truly top tier meats!

I recently moved to New Jersey and Jr’s Cattle Ranch is 30 minutes away. I am a grass-fed, grass-finished beef guy so I was looking for the right butcher. These are some of the best steaks I have ever had in my life. Best cows too. It was worth the trip and will be in the future!
