Absolutely incredible beef. We are loving our 1/4 cow and will be buying our beef from John's farm in the future. Kris was so kind to walk me through the order/cut process for my first time. Today we had ribeye and picanha...wow. We haven't even had any roasts yet. My family loves the 80/20 ground beef. My smash burgers are as good as any restaurant. I love feeding my family such good, healthy beef. 6 month update: We finished our quarter and today we picked up our half. It's incredible. My favorite is the box full of bone-in ribeye steaks. The value is incredible for what we paid. This beef is so much better than anything we can buy at the store, including their prime beef. I can't eat steaks at restaurants anymore.

Great tasting beef bratwurst. Bought package from John with steaks, roasts, ground beef and brats. Will definitely be returning customers when we run out. All of this great tasting beef is organic and you will be supporting a local farmer. Best part about the meat, it doesn't shrink down like the meat you buy from the grocery stores. Hardly any fat either once the meat is done. I LOVE John's Farm and can't wait to place our next order.

We've been long time customers of John's Farm. The beef is always top notch, no matter which cut or style you get. I've been using grass-fed/finished beef from John's Farm for many years and it is the only source of beef I consume. My favorite cuts are Ribeyes and Brisket, and having a super-chef at the house (aka my wife), brings out a taste "to die for." Best Beef in the world. I don't order steaks at restaurants anymore, they don't quite measure up to Cattle Tracks steaks grilled at home. Delicious, healthy, and sustainable. John and Kris are a delight to work with also, so accommodating and knowledgeable!

We have been purchasing beef from John and Kris for years. By the side and from the freezer at the Farmers Market. The best our family has ever eaten. Organic, totally grass fed beef raised by honest, caring people. The cost is better than anything you'll find in Whole Foods, Natural Grocers or Trader Joes. And the quality far surpasses as well.
