Great guy, been buying from for years now. My kids won't eat store bought without complaining now. Taste and quality is amazing. Couldn't be happier.
We ordered twice 1/8 beef, the cuts are various and nicely packaged, but the flavor is insane, I find store bought beef now very expensive and not good enough. The pork we got is crazy good, my kids are almost a half a # by themselves. Call them if you want real meat, make your order!
