What a great small local business. Put in a request for a quarter cow a few months back and picked up my order today. Everything vacuum sealed and portioned perfectly. Glad it all fit in my freezer! Highly recommend

Let me start off with this is my first time buying my meat from the source, and I am not disappointed. They make it very simple at JDS Family Farm to find you desired cuts, purchase and coordinate your pickup. And I must say the taste and quality vs your big box stores is on a level that I don't believe you can reach at the average big box supermarket in terms of freshness, quality and flavor. I will be back for more.

Let me start by saying that there is not much this family doesn’t put their whole heart into. When they decided to add raising black angus to their resume, I was genuinely excited. My grandfather raised black angus in the 60s and we tend to pride ourselves on Knowing A Good Cut of Beef. So when Joel mentioned they’d started selling meat, you better believe I was in line for a slice. And let me tell you— this is some of the best beef I’ve ever eaten. The attention to detail is throughout the entire process here at JDS Farms, from raising the cattle (they’re happy cows!) to making sure their products are of the highest quality. We’re spoiled by Joel and his love for his cows, and I’m entirely serious when I say that I will literally only be cooking steaks from JDS from now on— in fact, my dad (who grew up on that angus farm I mentioned earlier) snagged a few bites of the Delmonico we got and said it was the best steak he’d ever had. Needless to say, all of our special occasions will be marked with JDS Farms products, and you’d be hard pressed to find another steak in our fridge and freezers. From standing rib roast to steak and eggs, it’s a no brainer choice for us. Great products, great variety, and great prices.

I recently ordered a $200.00 bundle. I made the Delmonico steaks for dinner this evening. I made them in the air fryer as the weather wasn’t very cooperative. The steaks were DELICIOUS!!
