James is wonderful to work with. Answers quickly and articulately. I brined one of his 5 pound roasters for 4 1/2 hours and it was amazing! Tender, juicy and flavorful. The eggs are great and we also got some summer squash and beans. So happy to have a good place to get something super healthy! If you zoom in on my pics you'll see how juicy the meat is. I baked it at 350 for about 1 hour and 20 min, uncovered. When the meat temp for 160 in both white and dark I popped it under the broiler for a few minutes to brown and crisp the skin. I let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.

Been buying eggs and whole chickens for a few months now. They're the best. My mother in law and I love how different the chicken is from store bought. It comes very clean, there's no smell from it. Once cooked its very tender and flavorful. Next time I stop by I'll be buying zucchini, cucumber and squash zucchini since we always eat them. Today was my first time stopping by their stand, all the produce was very clean and fresh. We always got the whole chicken and eggs from a third person and I wasn't aware they also sold veggies. Looking forward to buying their veggies next time I'm out of the ones I've just gotten from the grocery store.

Eggs are GREAT priced and Taste WAY better than store eggs. The veggies on the stand are so fresh too!

Excellent produce! The eggs and meat are really good, much better quality than you can get in the store. What a beautiful farm.
