I may have found my new spot for fresh meats and process of wild game. Great prices and they process fresh beef and pork every Wednesday. During conversation, I find out that you can put in special requests and packages. My mother made a special request while we were there and an amazing price was given for her request. I will definitely be back. They smoke meats every Saturday as well. Great prices on those as well. I am looking forward to my next visit.
Been coming here a lot in the past few months, everyone has been so friendly and the meat is awesome. Never had a bad cut. Been buying the meat packages to stock up for the winter months. And the General Store is awesome as well. Will keep coming here

I have been coming her for several years to get a pig and cow processed. They are always very friendly and it is always clean. Never had any issues with my meat either, always better tasting than the grocery store.
We have now learned our lesson. Bring one deer to test out a new butcher. -Jerky is stringy and dryer than the desert. All of out Meat tastes like it's been hung out in 75° weather for a week. My backstraps look like they were butchered by a child. Every package of ground venison I have opened is mushy and won't brown up in the pan normally. Had a European mount done and my skull was cracked and had been super glued back together also there is still residue from the solution they used to de-flesh and bleach are all over the base of the antlers. Needless to say a hard lesson was learned and if anyone really cares about the quality of your harvest just do it yourself or take it to a "Professional" you can trust. Our previous review was removed. Our beef wasn't hung properly or chilled enough to age. The cuts were very odd, with our round steaks being only the eye if round. A 8 month old heifer tasted like a 10 year old cow. Using a gasoline generator has a lot of drawbacks.
Had a buck processed this gun season had my deer back less than a week and a half. Jerky is delicious but the pepper jack summer sausage is the best I’ve ever had! Will continue to bring my deer here
I just cooked up two filet mignons. Absolutely delicious. Better than any restaurant. Minimum fat or gristle waste. Cut thick perfectly- just like a restaurant cut. I will definitely be a return customer. Service was friendly and helpful too

This is the worst slaughter house I've ever used, every bit of my meat taste old and no good. I've had to throw out over 100 pounds. Will never go back!
