Ivy Rose Farm

This is a beautiful little farm that gives you an authentic experience of life with animals on the farm. Lora, the owner, give us an amazing tour of the chickeks, goats, ship, donkeys, and even an alpaca! For each animal, before we fed it, we got a background of how the she lives in the farm, and how you need to take care of it. My young girls got a real snapshot of how to be responsible, take good care of animals, and a super Awesome time with the animals. I highly recommend!

This is an amazing, must do experience. I went here last Saturday with my entire family, including a 6 week old and 16 month old. We took a two hour, intimate tour of the farm. Laura was amazing, we spent time at each of the animals spots learning about them, feeding them, and petting them if they allowed it. Laura answered every question I had about the animals happily ( which was probably a feat since I am very curious). She also was very sensitive to our needs. She made sure to stand in shade whenever possible, had fans, and most importantly, had a little welcome house with A/C. This was a life saver for my Dad, who has some health concerns, as well as for my sister who is still breastfeeding. You are never for than a few hundred feet away from this place, so people can take breaks/rejoin the tour as needed. Everything here was amazing, but my favorite was definitely getting to hold the baby goats. They were so friendly and happy. I was also delighted to know that Laura and her husband take great care of their animals, utilizing the most up to date ethical standards, and that several of the animals on the farm are rescues. Knowing that these animals have a happy home with such wonderful, caring people just made the experience all the better. I would recommend this place to anyone, and hope to go back with my wife for their upcoming date nights. P.S. There is also a small selection of gifts inside the welcome house that are excellent including homemade soap, T-Shirts, goats milk, jellies, and stickers. My wife and I bought the soap and love it.

We went to an herb walk here and it was amazing! Great information and it was so relaxing to walk through the beautiful farm.

Great hometown farm that is super friendly and easy to deal with when purchasing! Definitely recommend them for raw goat milk for your animals!

Our family stayed at the Cottage this winter for our family vacay and we were able to experience a Tour at Ivy Rose Farm. I have to say that Laura and Bernie were great hostesses and super nice and knowledgeable. Laura taught us a lot of facts of each of the animals in the farm and also taught me how to milk a Goat. Our girls enjoyed the horseback rides and petting Pumpkin one of the dogs at the Farm. We are from Florida and use to the city life when I tell you that we got our dose of farm life I’m not exaggerating we definitely did and we loved it. We will definitely be back to stay at the Cottage and enjoy the morning chores once again. Thank you Laura and Bernie for such an amazing opportunity 🙂

This is an incredibly lovely farm to visit. The owner is excellent with kids and teaches them about farm animals in a way that is both immersive and interesting. The mini donkey is extremely sweet, the horses are gentle, and the ducks, chickens, & goats are fun to feed. We will definitely be back.

Laura is so kind and cares tenderly for her animals and farm, and has for years... the quality of her products is unmatched and the care is evident with everything she does. I am a repeat customer for life! Hostess services, goatmilk soap, and pepper jelly are all phenomenal, and her animals are the sweetest!!!

We took our grandchildren to tour the farm. They got to pet many of the animals and especially enjoyed the baby goats!
