Customer service is non-existent! Apparently they had taken ALL of their products to a farmers market, on the day of my order, whilst still advertising the products availability on their website.They accepted my order and payment plus 1 day expedited shipping, doubling the price of the order. a week later - nothing! No products, no communication. I sent an email inquiry and received a response with a vague time frame of "after the weekend" for the products to be available again, and, the farmers market excuse. Alright, I will wait until after the weekend I responded, and no I do not want to substitute everything with yogurt (the one product that was out of stock on the website) I waited over a week more, and finally requested a refund, which is the only thing they did with any mind to customer service. None of the products that I ordered are aged, it would have taken no more than two or three days to produce small batches to fulfill my order and assure a happy returning customer. Instead of any attempt to retain my patronage, I received an email assuring me of the quality of products and a statement that they are working on their website response. I owned a restaurant/bakery for many years, I have, on occasion, had to go above and beyond to guarantee happy customers, it is part of doing business. Upgrade shipping, send a small sample to prove the product worth, small gift card, any small gesture, But they do not care, so I am left to wonder of they care about more important, costly issues, hygiene, and food safety for instance.
Thank you, Chad and his lovely partner! I absolutely enjoy their Kefir so much. I simply love the taste, the creamy, tart, texture. This is the kind of quality you get when two people show compassion and love for their animals. To be raised and fed humanely, just like the rest of us deserve. I drink about 4oz to 8oz a day straight up. That's how like it. Nice and cold. First thing in the morning. It makes your stomach dance a jig or sing a psalm.. It makes me feel great and I know it comes from people who care. They shipped mine with love and gifts, and little goat stickers I put on my fridge. :)) I simply love you guys and the hard work you do to keep us healthy. A2 Dairy is the only dairy to put in your body. And this is the best hands-down. Please stay healthy and don't let anyone take away your right to provide the best goat products to the US. It's people like you we need. People who care and provide Triple A quality for the rest of us. If anyone is holding back on a purchase or looking locally, I can tell you, firsthand you will not be disappointed from this company and I'm forever grateful for them! Godbless, Jason
