I went to Hyde's Meat Packing today to get some oxtails and beef hearts for my Rottweiler puppy. They were right on top of things! They had me in and out in no time, it will be my go to for raw foods for my dog from this day forward. Thank you Hyde's for being such a great place for me to get what I need for Titan

The place lives up to the name of a butcher in a theatrical version of a butcher.

Best place to get quality meat!

Pretty disappointed with the overall quality of our cuts. We spent quite a lot of time researching the types of cuts we wanted, specified that we didn't want bits cut off in the name of aesthetic & made into hamburger, and told them we wanted as little hamburger as possible. When we received our order it was clear relaying our preferences was pointless. We had tons of hamburger that has a very fatty gristly texture, our cuts definitely had abnormally shaped pieces cut off, and half of the cut types we specified were not present despite being told over the phone that they would be. Wouldn't recommend this butcher & wouldn't use again.

I won't buy meat anywhere else, the people who work here are wonderful and kind and thoughtful. The meat is high quality I grew up on a farm and have helped butcher myself and they have one of the cleanest places that I can see I have been to other butchers in wv but have settled on Hydes and will stop there. I hope more people will. Meat tastes good and you will never leave the dinner table thinking where's the beef because you know exactly where it is, in your stomach. Have a Happy Holiday's.

My wife and I have made two excursions to Hyde's, previously used to frequent Campbell's in Beverly, WV. This is local to us and knowing the grass fed beef is the offering, not to mention the selection of other meats as well. Makes this a truly good find to use at this time. I have informed my family of their location. The people there are great, I also purchased some beef fat in the fall to mix with my venison. They have it all, and at a great price.

I have taken beef and pork to be butchered. The service and the people are always friendly and kind. It is a very clean establishment and I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely top notch.

Awesome, friendly, helpful people, great cuts of meat and very well packaged.

We were very excited to find this place since there are very few options in this area. People seemed very nice. We got a whole filet, breakfast sausage and brown sugar sausage. So far we've tried some of the filet, which was curiously chewy, and the breakfast sausage which was completely bland and tasteless....so, definitely disappointed at this point. I'll update this as we consume the rest.

Great service! Nice ppl good prices! I love knowing where my meat comes from and it taste so much better than store bought. Havent spent money or store bought meet in almost 5 yrs.

I can't believe I hadn't ordered from here prior to last week. They were extremely friendly and fast. The BEST steaks I've had in a very long time. New forever customer!

This is a great place to either get your own beef butchered and processed, or to buy meat. Great prices and great people to work with.

Hyde's has excellent beef. I drive nearly 2 hours round trip and its worth it every time.

Picked up a tri-tip and some rib eyes, very satisfied with the quality of the meat. Will be coming back.

Ordered 1/2 side of beef go it cut to what I wanted . Beef is excellent quality . My family has been getting meat here for years
