I love this little butcher shop. The butchers do an excellent job making the meat sticks and brats. My favorite is the apple gouda brat. I also like the spicy summer sausage. I will continue coming to this shop.

Absolutely foul and gross bratwurst. I don't know if I have had a worse bratwurst in my life. Would have rather had a Johnsonville or Kirkland brand. The texture and flavor were all wrong. Texture was way too crumbly and no binding or chew. Flavor was okay but there was a ridiculous amount of salt.

Love their beef sticks!!! Picked up some in my travels in Illinois ...I'm a truck driver so I go all over but made a Second stop to the location JUST to buy more. Love ALL the flavors but my favorite is the maple.. I think a maple cheese would be awesome but I didn't see them. The garlic cheddar are a close second. IL be on the lookout for more as I'm headed to eagan MN today

We've been trying to get here for some time but their hours are limited so theyre never open when we're in the area. Had their beef sticks from Holiday, and wanted to try more. It is super small and the prices are the same as holiday. Not a lot of other grab and go options that we had to try so probably won't be back. Glad we can get the sticks from Holiday!

Decided to try a more local meat market. We have had great service from Greg's meats and Hy-vee. The young lady at the counter was extremely delightful and helpful / friendly. I asked to see a specific roast and she mentioned all they had were untrimmed roasts at the moment. I didn't know what kind of effort ot would have needed to remove the excess fat. She was more than happen to request one be brought up. After looking at it I realized I would be out of my depth in trimming the fat from the roast.... there was a lot of fat. When a separate part of my purchase was brought up, the young lady said "he doesn't need this". The butcher/meat trimmer said "what you just wanted to waste our time?" I immediately redirected and de-escalated the situation. Service is a big reason why we don't just buy our meats from anyone and as a first time buyer or any buyer I would expect a certain amount of education or understanding since most people are not butchers in their day jobs. I was very optimistic, but we will not be back and WILL drive the extra 45 minutes out of our way to get our meats with smiling service from a competitor.

Best butcher in the city, from getting your favorite cuts to more reasonable prices on sirloin I've never been happier. When I move back I'll be back to being a daily customer, love the meats and the place is pretty nice too.

I don't care what anyone says. Husniks is my favorite place for meat. Very close to home and fresh cut meat. Everything is perfect. Thanks. Can't say enough about Husniks. Awesome place.

Bone-in Ribeye is our favorite, we always pick these up here - their quality is consistently great. Their double-smoked ham is fabulous, ordered one for Christmas dinner, family loved it. Smokey, tender and not overly salty. Buying another one for Easter - Highly recommend it - you will be impressed.

we have lived in South St Paul for 20 years and Husnik's is a house hold name. Outstanding customer service, top notch meat selection and the best place to get Chicken quarters. Thank you Husnik for the many years of service and deliciousness.

Never have been to this location, but their beef sticks are sold in Nebraska where I am from. The jalapeño and pepper jack cheese beef sticks they sell are second to none. So so good.

This place has it all! Great selection of fresh and prepackaged meat. The frozen chicken tenders and corn dogs are becoming staple go-to food for the kids. Best breakfast links we've ever had. Unbeatable prices and friendly service! A+

Walked in and they had a great sign asking to sanitize your hands and provided it. Employee wasn't wearing mask but most patrons were. Tons of meat choices! Lots of unique cuts. Well organized and great prices.

These guys know thier meat. Best place for dog bones!

We just purchase it in Fremont, Nebraska. And it was good instead of like greasy and we got Jalapenos and pepper jack cheese beef sticks.
