Hudson Meat Market & Deer Processing

I've never met such a great bunch of people and they have great quality meats and products!!! I will never get my meats anywhere else!

Hudson's has been my go-to for years, when I get a craving for great beef, pork and lamb! Get a prime filet and it will melt in your mouth!

I do not recommend. They took over 7 weeks to turn around my processing order when I was told at drop off that it would be much sooner. It was extremely difficult to get ahold of somebody for an explanation or update. When I spoke to the guys at the Marble Falls location they were nice but appeared to be at the mercy of the Austin location to get my order. When I called the Austin location I got an employee that didn’t care and talked over me and interrupted me the entire call. Bottom line, nobody appeared to know what was going on and all they could say is “we are busy”. It took multiple calls to the owner in Austin to finally get him on the phone and I eventually got my order. When I finally got my order it was not processed correctly. Very disappointing. Claiming you are busy is no excuse for poor service, messing up your order, and lack of responsiveness. I’m a lifelong hunter and my family and friends have been going to Hudson’s for a very long time. No longer. There are too many other processors out there that will turn your order around quicker, give you better service, and do a better job processing.

I am always on the quest for the best snack meat sticks. Once I was introduced to the Hunter's Jalapeño Cheese Snack Sticks, I knew every other meat stick would be dry and flavorless in comparison. The quality of the meat and the flavor is unmatched. They are the ultimate filling snack. Every day gets immediately better when I have one. In a way, I wish I had never met these meat sticks because nothing will ever be as good.

Amazing Falets / tenderloins, cut fresh took home and smoked; among the best I’ve had. Tried some of their sausage, and jerky links all were great quality and enjoyed it all. Will return

I haven’t tried all the jerky options but the hot and spicy elk jerky is one of the best I have ever had. I work for Amazon and deliver in the area, walked in having a bad day and the guys here just wouldn’t have it. The customer service is excellent. If you are in the area this place is a go to in my book!

We have been going to Hudson's meat market since we moved here 18 months ago. Their filet mignons and ribeye steaks are the best we've ever had for a price lower than HEB. They also make cheesy potatoes which are incredibly delicious... my 80 year old mother requested them for her birthday. For Christmas we ordered a whole tenderloin and it too was the best we've ever had. Andrew is so helpful in picking out the best steaks or trimming them to order. They also have the best venison/pork/jalapeno sausages in their frozen section. I just can't say enough good things about this place!

I needed something last minute and Hudson’s had it, when the famed Texas box grocery store didn’t! Hudson’s even has all of my favorite Meat Church brand seasonings in stock and probably the only place in Marble Falls that carries it. Highly recommend these folks!

Always happy with service and quality. The meat market is always stocked with fresh items, the sausage and jerky is delicious! Also I have had dozens of deer processed and they always do a great job!
