Hubbell Family Farm

Frozen meats. High prices. I'm pretty sure $15/lb is well above MP for pork chops and especially so if you're pulling it out of a freezer. I'm all in favor of supporting local farmers, but I can find prime cuts of beef and pork (that haven't been frozen) at top quality butcher shops elsewhere at a more reasonable price. On a positive note, anyone who buys meats from HFF will definitely enjoy them. Bacon, pork chops, pork tenderloin, and ground beef were all very good. I'd just have a hard time returning because I don't see $15/lb for frozen pork chops as a very good value.

Jane is extremely friendly and goes out of her way to ensure that the goats pigs and cows have everything they need. She is a gentle sole that absolutely loves taking care of the animals. All the animals seem very relaxed and extremely happy. You can almost feel how relaxed they are. Very nice farm and market. Will gladly go again ! 😊

I love this family farm. Great meat selection from their pasture-raised pork & beef, fresh eggs, and my favorite...Maple syrup, which my family goes through like crazy! The apple cider is delicious, and the ladies who work the storefront are lovely & super friendly. Supporting & sourcing from small family-operated farms beats chain grocery stores any day! They also have a selection of gas-powered tools & small machinery for those who work the land.

Friendly folks serving up some tasty samples. Highly recommend the andouille. Had some of their sourced beef at a local restaurant. UPDATE: Had to stop in for some purchases on our way back home. A little more pricey than your average supermarket. Yet does it get any fresher and heathier than fresh from the farm. UPDATE #2: 5/5/24 Enjoying a festive breakfest of scrambled eggs with queso and your delightfully delicious andouille sausage ! Update #3 6/16/25 Enjoying our final package of bacon !

Fresh Farm meat already frozen. Package sizes perfect for storing. Meat is excellent quality and the flavor is just so good. Tried the pure maple cream for the first time. Going to try it on pork tonight, but already had a taste test and it reminds me of fudge but better and with more uses since it's a smooth buttery cream . Highly recommend Hubbell Family Farm Store.

We drove upstate and stayed nearby and decided to drop by in hopes of finding some cider for sale. While they cannot sell cider to the public yet, we did get to do a very extensive tour of the cider mill and observed the whole cider making process. This mill has over 100 years of history and it’s crazy to see how well they maintained it. The Hubbell Family went above and beyond and taught us about their family’s history, the cider making process, and even about the best foliage hikes in the area! They even let us taste some of the fresh pressed cider (which was delicious; truly next level hospitality! My only regret was not picking up some of their fresh maple syrup, but perhaps next time!

Great little shop with dairy and frozen meats! We bought Guanciale and made Amatriciana which was delicious. The people are super nice and quite helpful!

Getting our apples pressed is a fall highlight. They also have meats in the store. The Hubbell Farm is as local as it gets. Stop in.

Amazing beef and pork, animals are super well taken care of. Also incredible eggs!
