We went a couple weekends ago looking for a steak to grill….oh we found one! It was a giant tomahawk. It was hands down the BEST so very tender. Actually fed us tor three meals. Went back the next weekend and got two strip steaks….both again were fantastic. The staff recognized us from the weekend before and asked how the steak was….we also asked about some of the brats (we always get the chili cheese….which are delicious) she went over several different kinds and even ended up giving us one of the breakfast sausages that I didn’t even know they had. They were very tasty and will probably buy again. Very great people and definitely recommend. 10/10

They have meats you can't get any place else. Some stuff maybe a little pricey, but so worth it. It's not like I buy this kind of stuff every day. Today I got ground ostrich, antelope, and camel 🐪. I did see they have beef 🐮 (& veal), chicken🐔, venison, snapping turtle🐢 and more. I also got a chuck of scorpion cheese. My dad should like that. He likes hot spicy foods. They carry an Amish brand of stuff too. Staff is so nice and friendly. Helpful any questions I had. Music is at a low volume, I can hear my own thoughts.

I was looking for authentic Andouille sausage for a shrimp/crawfish boil and found it here. They even had crawfish andouille sausage. The staff was friendly and helpful, would definitely come back here for other specialty items.

Everything from the freezers to the floor was very clean and well organized. Great prices and the men were really helpful answering all of our questions.

Love our home butcher shop. Travel from FL and it's a must have stop to bring home grass fed beef vs the sand fed beef!

First time customer but it won't be my last visit! So much variety in a small store. The chicken bacon ranch sausage was incredible! The star was the garlic dill cheese curds!

Been going here to pick up meats for a couple of years now and their stuff is always top notch.

I've gone to Horrman's a couple of times over the past few weeks and bought $200 in different offerings in two visits, including their brats and ostrich wings, elk and venison. I hadn't tried any of the meats until today. I made the bacon and pepper jack brats for Labor Day, and OMG!! they are delicious. I've been waited on twice by Grant and took his recommendations. Hats off to you Grant!! Next I'll try to grill the ostrich wings. I'll post after I try them. Go by and see these guys!! It's worth a visit. I drove up from AR to try them.

Great place to purchase locally raised meat (beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, etc). Seth and Grant (and their wives) are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and the farmers who produce them.

Terrible customer service. They refused to make a meat bundle because “they’ve been busy.” I even offered to put it together and he still refused to honor an advertised price. Unfortunately, they lost a recurring customer because of their attitude. Go somewhere who values your business.

Absolutely one of the best places to buy your meat. I purchased their lean fresh ground beef. Ground lamb. Ground bison as well as two packages of brats and Italian and one called The lumberjack. Absolutely amazing brats the meats are definitely high quality and very fair price.

I used to order meats from Kansas City Steaks and Ohama Steaks. No one ever told me about this place. I've only been going here for 3 weeks but been in 5 times. The selection of Brats is amazing. I also like getting duck breast and ribs here. Ribs seem to turn out so much better than store bought, and they were prepared the same way.

We ordered 1/4 of a beef here last summer - grass fed. Amazing quality, hamburger is the best I've tasted. Just ordered 1/2 hog, I expect the same. Wife loves the rolled butter. Great store, excellent quality.

We have a wolf dog; an Alaskan Malamute. So every now and then we like to treat him to some bones. Come here and ask for cow knuckles in their freezer. They have like 6 to a pack and they're large. Still have some marrow and meat on them. …
