We've been using this sweet family's business to process our beef and pork for several years now. They always do a fantastic job, communicate clearly and respectfully, treat our animals humanely, and offer an end product that exceeds expectations. We're so thankful they're here, and will continue to make the drive from Alabama to have them process our animals. I'd also like to note that the one negative review here is not factual; they don't have a partner facility near us - if they did, we'd be using it.

The gentleman we buy our 1/2 cow from has used this processor for several years and we've always had great service and a great return in beef — until our most recent half-cow. We’re missing cube steaks, steaks/roasts are lighter than expected, ground beef was packed ~1.5 lb instead of 1 lb, and several packages had broken seals (brisket included). We were finishing up the previous 1/2 cow when we received this one. So, we didn't double check anything before putting in the freezer because we've never had an issue in the past. We put our guard down and put full trust into them. Which is our fault but I do feel something needs to be said. We should have doubled checked. We just started cooking the new beef this past month. We are pretty disappointed. This really matters to us being we’re a single-income family with four growing boys and rely on this beef to last the ENTIRE year. We paid a lot more this year due to rising cost of beef plus our hanging weight was more. We expected it to the last the entire year like previous years as I plan everything out to stretch it. I won't be able to stretch what we received for the entire year as planned. I'm not sure what we are going to do. It's a bit frustrating. Just want to let folks know to double check everything. I'm not sure if this company has new employees that made these mistakes or if it was just carelessness.

I dropped off my deer meat to be ground up to hamburger adding 10% beef fat. They did 1# vac packs and boxed. They had it ready in 4 days. The meat taste great. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them.

I had nothing but good customer relations when I used them last year. There processing was good the sausage was Amazing! I recommend any deer hunters who need processing done to use these guys!

While I cannot speak to how the location in MS treats its customers, I can speak to their partner farm in Elberta, AL. We were charged nearly triple market rate for a cull cow without ever being told we would be buying a cull cow, and the cut sheet we submitted was not followed. We will not be purchasing again, and I highly suggest anyone making an order inquire before slaughter as to whether their order is for a cull cow, or a beef steer. The current market rate for cull cow is $83 per 100 lbs carcas weight, not the nearly $350 we paid.

The Best animal processing plant hands down. Great humane treatment of animals as well as extremely transparent and truthful about everything! Ethan and his crew are the absolute best!

If I could post a zero that is what it would be. When you carry a 300lb hog to get butchered but you only get 130 lbs back without any bacon something is wrong . You can contact them about the situation and they just play it off . So if you plan on having meat cut I would suggest going somewhere else.

Excellent place to stock up on some beef. From a 20lb box, up to a whole cow (400+ lb of processed and packaged meat). Everything you could want; ground beef, roasts, steaks of all kinds, brisket, short ribs, stew meat.... cut and packaged to your choices.
