The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do — they take the time to answer questions and offer great cooking tips too. You can really taste the difference in every bite. Whether you’re picking up steaks for the grill or stocking the freezer, this is the place to go. So glad we found them.

I’m originally from South Africa, where meat and grilling are a way of life, and this summer has been one of the best I’ve had in the decade I’ve lived in Tennessee — all thanks to Holston Beef Co! Their products have helped me create some of the most delicious dishes ever. If you want a recommendation, do yourself a favor and try their goat burger meat. Grill up some burgers with it, add grilled peaches, a little goat cheese, and some fresh arugula — you’ll have the best burger you’ve ever tasted. I was lucky enough to add some traditional chutney to mine, and it was absolute perfection! As a cancer survivor, knowing where my food comes from means a great deal to me, and I am so grateful for the trust and quality Holston always delivers. This fall, I can’t wait to make a traditional potjiekos using their beef and goat shanks. Holston Beef Co. has made me feel at home again, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Recently purchased ground beef and set of knives for father days and we loved both items! We made delicious burgers on our camping trip and look forward to trying their NY strips we purchased today! We highly recommend!

As another reviewer said, Holston Beef Company has the cuts of beef that you can’t find otherwise and has very competitive pricing. Tyler and Alexandria were great! Both were very friendly and excited to answer any questions I had. My husband and I just made beef stir fry with the shaved rib eye from Holston’s and it was delicious! We can’t wait to try the skirt steaks and T-bones next!!

Holston Beef Company has the cuts you cannot find anywhere else. This meat is fresh and high quality. On top of all that, the prices are very competitive. Tyler went above and beyond to explain all his offerings and any custom cuts I may want in the future. Their chorizo is amazing, it's ground up perfectly, not gritty. We use it for nachos and I even put it in a creamy red sauce rotini pasta and it was delicious!
