Picked up a variety of bratwurst last week amazing!! Everybody raved how well they cooked on the grill, how tasteful they were and how juicy! Definitely the a place to go! A return customer for sure coming your way. Summer's coming everybody get your bratwurst from this guy he knows it's meat!
I ordered a hog for a roast, almost 2 weeks in advance. I wanted rotisserie cut, no feet, no hair, leave the head on. I got the pig home, the price was reasonable but nowhere near what I requested. Not only were the pelvis and brisket split, it was cut clear through the lower jaw. The thing looks as if it has five o'clock shadow, I guess I'll take the hair off it somehow. Then finish cleaning the cavity so I can roast it. I won't be going back anytime soon.
Has consistently provided quality packaging and reliable time frames on our pork and beef. Easy drop off and pick up. Highly recommend!
Dropped off my first bow deer and not disappointed. Looks wonderful and I got tons of meat back. All debone and vacuum packed. Sent 2 buddy's there and they had the same experience.

They process your meat the way you want it. They use a vacuum seal process which helps preserve your frozen meat for a little longer period of time. Very helpful and informative people working there.
Retired Navy Officer originally from MI, but now living in VA. I return to MI every year to hunt with family and have them process a Bison for me while I am there to haul back to VA. They do an outstanding job, but are very hard to get an animal on the schedule. Plan early and book early even a year out is not to far out.
What a hidden gem. First rate quality meats packaged to your specifications. The flavor of the pork is second to none. Very efficient loading process. I will be back.
