Hipwell ranch has some of the best meat I have ever had. Locally grown and butchered. Brecca and Mitch are very professional and knowledgeable about the treatment, care, and butchering of there live stock. I highly recommend them for all your meat needs.

Had our first Hipwell hamburger patties!!! Absolutely delicious. My husband said it was the best hamburger he’s ever had! Anxious to try the tenderloins and chuck roast I purchased too. Highly recommend!

I love Hipwell Ranch! We have made multiple purchases of their meat bundles. The owners are friendly, and service is top notch. My favorite cut is the Short Ribs, they are so delicious!

I have been thinking about trying their beef for sometime now. See them at the Nampa Farmer's Market. They have always been out of the cuts i was looking for. So I decided to by a box of various cuts and ground. Had the ribeyes and the were like butter. So happy we decided to buy their beef. Looking forward to cooking the rest. My husband and I just received our first order from hipwell today and couldn’t resist cooking up a couple tenderloins for lunch and burgers from their ground beef for dinner. All we can say is wow. This has got to be some of the best beef we’ve ever eaten. We lived in Colorado where our roommates boss owned a small ranch and we’ve definitely had our share of local beef in areas we’ve lived, but everything pales in comparison to the quality of what hipwell dropped off at our door. As they say where my husband is from “it’ll make your tongue slap your brains out”. We’re never getting grocery store beef again as long as we live in Idaho. Thanks hipwell for blowing us away with this delicious beef. You’ve definitely earned a new set of regular customers! Edit: after further discussion my husband and I have come to the conclusion that this is not SOME OF the best beef we’ve ever had IT IS the best beef we’ve ever had. Hands down.

The owners are very friendly, great quality meat and great prices. The hamburger patties and ground beef are really good.
