Love this place The meat is always fair. Priced. People are friendly. They even help you out and we'll go in the back and cut it for you if they have it. Been going here for many, many years.

Beef products are generally solid. Rump roasts in particular, well trimmed and fairly priced. They struggle with pork however, very fatty. They either need better pork buyers or suppliers. The most skilled butcher can't save the quality of these hogs. Avoid their bacon at all costs.

Highland Packing has some of bthe best beef available. I highly recommend them. Several months ago, I was in & part of my order was stew meat. I have NEVER gotten stew meat that didn't take hours of cooking to become tender, until Highland Packing!
Beautiful steaks and the best potato salad. I absolutely love this place. And the staff is excellent.

Inbound drivers swing as wide as you can to clear the baby bar ditch they’ve got out front. They don’t have any dock doors, just back up as close as you can to the garage doors. Also be ready to help unload. Appt times are a little tricky. Sometimes they’ll unload ya before 0700 but usually between 0600-0900 they’re too busy loading their own trucks down to unload anything
