This was my first time working with Mark. It was great. He was really helpful figuring out how to cut the pig for my family. He has happy pigs and the experience of custom cutting with the butcher Mark uses was excellent. Plus the pork is delicious! What a difference between an pasture raised pig and what you can buy in the grocery store. I recommend Hidden springs if you want to buy local pork.
