I wish I could afford to shop here more often. The quality and service are unsurpassed. They will basically cut whatever you need on the spot, and vac seal your purchases at no charge. Their Prime beef is absolutely superb, so you do get what you pay for...

I used to buy veal cutlets from Bill some years back and they were delicious and absolutely fork tender. However, I bought 3 veal cutlets here last week and while they tasted ok, they were definitely not fork tender. In fact, they were quite chewy. Frankly I suspect that I can probably purchase veal cutlets at a supermarket that are just as good for a lot less money. I do not mind paying more, even considerably more, for veal cutlets if the quality matches the prices, but that was certainly not the case in this instance.

No reason to go elsewhere. You will pay a small premium for these meats but you will enjoy the quality so much more. Very amenable professionals behind the counter with honest advice.

The best butcher around. Quality of meats is excellent. You get what you pay for, so price is a little higher for premium meats offered. We'll worth it!

I drove a couple of hours for Lamb Sausages, and I was greeted with great service. I bought 4lbs, the price and the time was worth every bit of it. Premium meat and full of flavor made these by far 1 of the best Lamb sausage I've had. I'll definitely be back for more.

Good Ribeye! But tell the boy who rang my order and packed my things to be careful...He placed tub of sauerkraut on its side and the lid wasn't tight so it dripped through bag and got all over the place... not good

Had your in store made German brats again tonight. So delicious. We usually get some to cook and some to freeze. Now we are out and need to come back to refill. Folks who work there are always so helpful and friendly. Unexpected benefit, you guys are right next to the liquor store. Double win

This was my first time in a butcher shop and wasn't sure what I wanted. The customer service was excellent, they asked if I wanted it fresh or packaged for the freezer and verified the meat thickness and weight with me for each item. I didn't feel rushed and they took their time cutting the meats to perfection. (Such an awesome process I may add!) Very clean and professional, I immediately let me family know of my little secret find! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely gorgeous and top quality NY strips. Their sausage and bacon was also delicious. Workers very friendly and helpful. Fresh, top quality meat can’t beat it.

I have eaten many many turkeys in my life and I worked on a turkey farm when I was young. We raised some high quality birds. After eating our turkey dinner today I must say that I’ve never had a better bird than the one we purchased at Hickman’s. This bird was fantastic. Hope you’re enjoying your day.
