Clint and his family produce great locally grown beef. He offers individual cuts as well as 1/4, 1/2, and whole beef. Far superior to the meat you find at the local grocers and much better prices.

The quality of all the meats are incredible. Clint is great. We love getting beef from his farm. The pricing is super reasonable and supporting a local farm is extremely important to us. I can't recommend Hetherington enough. You won't be disappointed!

Great company and service. Beef is amazing , the roast was hands down one of the best I have ever had and the ribeyes are tender , packed full of flavor. One of the better steaks I have had. Quality is top tier here.
This beef is the BEST. This is our first half cow from Hetherington. We bought a half cow from another company prior, and there is no comparison. Hetherington is so much better. It has flavor and just enough fat to make the meat taste delicious. We will only be buying our beef from here from now on.
Fantastic beef raised by a wonderful family. Being from Las Vegas we only ever got meat from the grocery store. Without a doubt this is some of the best beef I have ever had. If You’re looking for some local raised beef this is the stuff to get!
This beef is higher quality than anything at the store and is less expensive! They did a great job with the bows and the beef had a wonderful marble. The ground beef was very good and made an excellent meatloaf. There is enough fat to provide flavor without the ground beef being too greasy.
Great beef, pretty much everyone loves a good steak. After all — unless you're vegetarian or vegan — there's nothing quite like a nice cut of beef, grilled or fried nicely with a little bit of seasoning. The steaks from Heatherington cattle are well marbled and the short ribs were Amazing! Solid choice for beef, for sure.
Four of us went in on a whole steer that we received last December. We all have been thoroughly impressed by the quality of their beef!! The old saying "it cuts like butter" holds true!! The steaks, the roasts and the hamburger were outstanding!! Infact we have just placed another order. Everything was excellent and Oldfield Butchery did an outstanding job and on the cuts and labeling for four different families. Thank You 5 stars!!!!
