Is one of the best meat processing around for modern packaging. They offer vacuum sealed packaging and stapled meat tubes. All others still use the old way of double wrapping with butcher paper. They processed my pork exactly the way i wanted. Their prices are very affordable. They currently only accept Check or Cash, No Credit Cards accepted at this time. Great place I would recommend it to everyone.
We've been using Henschels to process several beefs each year. They are by far our favorite; always friendly, clean, and they get the job done right.
They do an OUTSTANDING job processing everything we bring in. Pork sausage and bacon has been delicious, everything is clean and timely!
