Always a pleasure to walk in the doors to Hebert's! It's like walking into a family reunion and the food is the filling and the icing on the cake! Atmosphere down to the plate to feed my belly is nothing short of phenomenal EVERY SINGLE VISIT!
Wow!! From a quick stop in after leaving Market Basket, to now being a must stop, every time I visit Lake Charles. I got love from the beautiful lady who served me, the food that was perfect and delicious, prepackaged foods, and seasonings! I'm definitely making this a stop to grab a few things before flying back home tomorrow. Make this a must. It will not disappoint you.
A clean and we'll stocked meat market. Has all the options from homemade boudin to crawfish pies. Service was good and priced reasonably. We drove from Orange and it was worth the trip! 5 Stars!
When in Lake Charles I have to make a stop at Hebert's. Can't resist their Tender Pork Cracklins! Ask for extra sauce on them. Super delicious! Delicious plate lunches, meat & crawfish pies, boudin balls, frozen and refrigerated items. Everything is super delicious! Give them a try. You won't be disappointed!
We love this place!! Everytime that we are gambling in lake Charles, we stop here for cracklins. Everything we have bought so far has been delicious. It's hard to not eat them on our way back to Houston.
Me and Jackie did our last weekly run to Louisiana. And had to go to Hebert's Specialty Meats of Lake Charles, the best food ever, Don't miss out they are the best. The Staff makes it worth a 2 hour drive , we will be back. Love this place and people in it, !00%
They have great chicken sausages. The chicken sausage with cheddar cheese is amazing!
Five stars && ten outta ten definitely recommend! I travel an hour just to get my hands on the chicken cracklings! It's a great alternative to a pork free option && the deboned chicken stuffed with macaroni is a quick flavorful all-in-one meal
Friendly staff and amazing prices
Super friendly blue eyed , red haired gal helped us. First time trying boudin. It was delicious! The cracklings were to die for. Have it marked on my maps for future stops.
