So happy to have found this great, local, family owned farm who raises their animals humanely and feeds and finishes with GRASS and never GMO Monsanto Corn and grains. Can't wait to order a whole cow! Keep up the great work. Thank you for what you do for our Gilbert community!
After we ran out of our Elk meat and no luck this year hunting, We were so excited to purchase our 1st box of grass fed beef. We are experienced grillers and have never had any issues cooking meat. I am sorry to say this has been the worst. The steak meat is so tough you cannot chew it. I ended up cutting into small pieces and making steak soup in the crockpot. We have not yet tried the skirt steak soup in kind of worried about it. No issues with the hamburger. 😞😞
We bought the grill pack and was super excited to taste good quality meat. Sadly that wasn't the case for us. We've cooked the ribeyes,the new york strip, and hamburger, all of it tough and gristly. We'll be looking elsewhere for our beef.
Excellent quality meat! My family was hooked 5 months ago when I bought our first chuck roast at the farmers market. Absolutely best tasting beef we have ever had! (My kids can tell now if I use store bought beef in meals, they don't like it anymore) We just cooked up some skirt steak last night, so tender and full of great natural flavor. Everyone loved it! Thank you for helping me provide my family with quality nutritional food!
Toughest steak I have ever purchased. Bought NY Strips. my standard go to. Cooked exactly the same way I always do, like shoe leather. Same cut, grass fed from Sprouts always delicious cooked the same way, never tough.

This is some of the best I’ve ever had. Some of these low reviews may be more related to cooking error as opposed to meat quality. Outstanding quality and very kind people.

I make it a point to stop by Heartquist at the Uptown Farmers Market on Saturdays (Central and Bethany Home). The meat is always fantastic. This week, i bought two pounds of suet 🤤 1 pound of ground lamb and one pound of the grpund artesenal blend (go organ meats!!). We made burgers on some sourdough croissants we found at the market. Best burgers we have ever had!
We first purchased bread from the Heartquists and immediately were addicted to it. We recently started purchasing meat from them as well... Man! What a difference this whole farm-to-table world is. Best beef we've had... EVER!
Pickles, Sourdough, pesto, farm fresh eggs.. everything they produce is high quality and delicious.
