Beef was supposed to hang one week, they couldn’t cut it and it was forced to hang two whole weeks. The steaks were left with the Darkened black parts from hanging for too long, and they weren’t even scraped, every steak was covered in bone dust and crap. The cuts weren’t even right, my ribeye cuts were completely off. I asked for my steaks to be cut at least an inch thick, they are 3/4 inches thick at best, some even thinner. For the price This was extremely poor service. Will not be back.

I've used this company for the last 3 year and will continue to do so. They are nice people. Cut of meat is really good and will do what you ask. Packaged very well where the meat will last for a long time. Great place, highly recommend!
Very nice people, even let me buy an extra prime rib when I got there!! Unless it's your cow. Take cash! 3% on top to use a card...not their fault! Producer's Anyhoo I digress I would recommend this business to family&friends!!
