I've been going there for over 30 years now and won't go anywhere else. Besides awesome prices on all meats across the board, the owner and all the employees are great. Don't settle for high-priced greasy meat when cooked from grocery stores. Let a true butcher to slice your meat.

Great deals for the quality of meat. If you don't see what you're looking for, ask, they may have it and can more than likely get it for you.

I own a Food booth at the greenfield fairgrounds & mark at Hatfield beef is amazing! He makes my life so much easier! We’ve been getting our fresh burgers from him since I was little but for the last 4 years we’ve bought from him for our booth! I will not go anywhere else! He has great prices & even better meat!

Great meat! It's an old building but the staff is knowledgeable and meats are very good and fresh! Prices are good too!

This is our meat place, we don't buy from anyone else---Delicious tasting, great prices, local family. We always get the freezer boxes full of steak and ground beef-best price, and they also sell 10lbs bags of great tasting cchicken. Their homeade kielbasa and breakfast sausage are our favorites though

Being on a carnivore only diet requires a large intake of meat. I've been going broke at the grocery store trying to buy enough Good quality steaks. Undecided to give these guys a try, and was very pleased. I bought 10 lb of uncured bacon which is hard to come by, and 10 ribeyes at less than $10 a pound, compared to the grocery store at $16.99 a pound. They'll custom cut your steaks or chops anyway you'd like. It's not the greatest looking place but, what a diamond in the ruff... I'll be back!

Have been going here since I was a little boy, the best meat 🥩 and prices! My recent visit was for freshly made hamburger 🍔 patties and boneless 🍗 chicken breast, pepper steak patties. Also stock up on there fresh meats and seafood. Friendly service and help to my car because of my disabling problems walking and lifting my haul. Outstanding place to shop!

Not much to look at, but BOY IS THIS PLACE AMAZING! This is the only place I buy meat. I got a pig and 100lbs of chicken from here for my wedding and have never looked back. The meat is a sublime quality and wonderfully priced. Look no further and get your meat locally!

Very very dissapointed in my prime rib for Christmas dinner, it was mostly fat, 9 pounds and barely fed 5 people. This will be my first and last purchase from them. I literally wish I took a picture. I am happy to spend money on quality meat, and what meat we did have was great, but not worth it.

It is well worth our hour ride one way. The quality of meats and the service top notch. We get about a two months supply at a time. Mark puts aside a few kielbasa for us so he has them on hand. Loads our cooler and helps me carry it out to the car. We have a family of five and Hatfield beef helps our dollar go further. We really like his breakfast sausage and corn beef.

I'm from Rhode island and found this place just driving through. Bought a great porterhouse and the best kielbasa I've ever had. Prices were great and the proprietor was friendly and informative. Do yourself a favor and stop by this real oldschool butcher shop!!

This place is a local institution! Skip the mass produced stuff at the grocery store- this is a real deal old school butcher shop. I first discovered it when picking up a special order for a friend and have been back any time I need something special. The beef is incredible and I'm one of those people who likes steaks cut thicker than the grocery stores think is "thick cut", so it's great to be able to order exactly what I like! And on an exotic note, they can get duck (yummmmm) and have goat as a regular option. I get it "Caribbean cut" (bone in cubed) for curry. And don't get me started on the meaty oxtails for my infamous chocolate-red wine oxtail ragout. Mm mm. The service is awesome and so is all the delicious meat!

Good service and the meat was good. It would be nice if you could see into the cases. Im not going to say they are dirty because im not sure. But you cant see into them very well. It would also be helpful if there were some kind of menu board with pricing, when i went there were some papers stuck to the cases listing some items and prices, but many of them were old and falling apart. A couple items i asked for off those papers were not available. It wasnt a bad experience, but since it was a bit of a ride for me i probably wont go back

Just rustled up a lb of the Italian sweet sausage during the virus vacation. Some of the best of this style I have ever had. Les fennel is key IMHO. Went perfectly with lb of pasta elbows. Glad this outfit is from the Northeast. I shall be on the look out for it instead of Primo and other mass produced stuff. Keep Safe folks>>>

A pillar of WM! What a great deal, what great meat Mark cut for us! We asked "What's good?" He wasn't fooling when he said "EVERYTHING!" A super mixture of Sirloin, Delmonico, Porterhouse, T-Bone, burger and chicken. Now we give Hatfield Beef Gift Certificates! Thanks, Mark!

I give 5 stars because I can not give 10 the best butcher shop in ma best meat ,best prices ,best service, I travel 2 hours to go and 2 hours back I definitely recommend mark and his employees are very nice and very serviceable if your looking for good steaks for good prices I recommend to go to Hatfield beefs and talk to mark

I been going here ALL MY LIFE FOR MY MEATS it’s a great place Mark and his staff are very friendly and helpful burgers are delicious everything is great my family does pig roast sometimes and here is where we purchase the pig ABSOLUTE GREAT MEATS!!!!

It is about an hour drive for us but it is well worth it, We wanted to go there today but they are not open on Sundays and thats ok we will just wait till saturday and go cause I'm not buying meat for our freezer any where else.

Largely commerical beef operation with an older run down retail front. Very down to earth staff. Good meat selection and great prices.

The store itself is not impressive but the friendliness of the butcher and the quality of the meats makes up for it. I was hesitant to go but glad I did.
