The steaks were absolutely delicious, I cooked them over charcoal and we loved every bite. I also had contacted Megan about a concern and she promptly addressed and fixed my issue. Great company with excellent products and customer support!

Bought the ribeyes. I was definitely skeptical with the price. Hassell steaks were much much better than expected. I've had american wagyu that cost twice as much, and these steaks were just as good. TikTok made me do it, but I will buying my steaks from Hassell from now on. And thank you for the jerky. It was also delicious.

When the steaks are fit to eat, they’re great! I ordered 10 Denver steaks. Of those, 4 have been “rotten” and unfit to eat. I attempted to reach out to customer service, which replied fairly quickly. Nothing was done to remedy the situation, and I’ve now spent over $60 feeding my dogs. Unfortunately, I’ll be looking for other sources for my meat going forward.

Super fast shipping, meat arrived as advertised and had great marbling on every cut I ordered with fantastic flavor. (Denver, Chuck eye, Flat iron, and T-Bone). Will definitely be ordering from again. Konichiwa y'all!

The meat was rotten. The package was delayed by fedex by 4 or 5 days. I reached out to Megan and she blamed me for unchecking the route coverage. Even if I had done this, they obviously did not want to retain a customer. Customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. I spend a lot of $$$ on wagyu a year. Their loss. Do not expect this company to care about you.

Have ordered from them regularly for two years without issue. Great quality meat that leaves me no reason to order from “well-known” online butchers. Their tri tips and denver steaks are my fave.

5 stars for efficient shipping and the product was cold. Weight is as expected. I would venture to say the finished product is good. As long as the company has good customer service I see them taking off and competing with the best of them

Ordered a package from this company about a month ago and never recieved it. Fedex did not deliver on time and package went bad. Both hassell cattle and fedex have refused to pay for or replace package. Hassell representative also stopped responding to my messages. Poor customer service from hassell and will not be ordering from them again.

Very beefie tasting and good marbling. Nothing compares at this price level. I've had 60 day dry aged that while fattier lacked the beef taste.

Ordered steaks burgers hotdogs. hot dogs tough like chewing rubber steaks would not even qualify as prime defiantly not wagu burgers good everything had good flavor just tough my local butcher had better quality steak

I was slightly dissapointed with product availability on this visit, but the customer service, and the quality of the product that is available is FIRST RATE! I'm sorry that I didn't get the young lady's name that helped us, but she was a pleasure to work with.

They have texted me with multiple sales and when I go to their site to buy they have no stock. Every time I had to buy from Wild Forks. Pretty frustrating!
