Mr Harstine knows how to cut meat! What I truly like is that he will cut my ribeye steaks to my desired thickness! I like my ribeyes 1.75 inches thick! These grill up to a perfect medium rare EVERYTIME! Don't expect them to cut on demand. Please, use a bit of patience and order your cut if youre wanting a special cut. They'll cut it to your desired thickness and you can go back and pick up your order in a few days. We've been going there for about 2 years. At first I thought, wow, not very cheerful but oh how wrong I was! These people, they are the salt of the earth folks! They're not only friendly, they're very helpful and will answer all your questions! All you need to do is ask! Thank you to the Harstines and your crew!

First time there. Found it by accident going to Rogers. Best steak we have had in years. Bought 2 strip steaks to try out. Will definately go back for more!

Picked up a pork butt and beef brisket from Harstine both are thawing out now both look VERY fresh still for being frozen can't wait to get these smoked on the kamado! 😎😎 …
