“I usually buy chicken here and it’s always good, but one thing I don’t like is that they open at 8am, yet the chicken isn’t ready at that time. The employees only arrive at 8am and start prepping then (like putting water to boil), so customers who come right at opening have to wait. It would be better if the food was ready when the doors open.” I had to wait an hour to get 3 chicken .

I purchased meat here before and it was all good. But this time was not ok. I asked for sirloin and when I saw it it was kind of obvious it was sirloin tio, a complete different cut. I thought not to say anything because they know better than me, right???!!! We'll, it was sirloin tip, a very tough cut . I'm gonna have to do ground beef. My advice is, just ask questions, and make sure, you're getting what you're paying for .

So I recently learned about this place because I wanted to process some chickens. However, when I got there, the staff was. So nice and everybody was so wonderful. They actually have their own produce. There as well, so if you would like to get some locally grown chicken lamb cow or goats. They have all the different animals for produce. they butcher it there. You can have them cut your meat for whatever sizes you would like. And they do take major credit cards. So if your card is sponsored by Visa or a Mastercard, you'll have no problem getting your transactions done there. I'm not sure about cash, the staff everybody is hospitable and just given how things are changing in the economy, I think I'm gonna start getting most of my Meat, locally, grown and sourced, just to make sure that i'm keeping my money in my community here in texas.

This place is nothing but AMAZING. We needed a Cow for our religious festival "Eid ul Adha". Just like us, there were other people trying to get their animals. The whole process of picking, buying, slaughtering, butchering to packing was immaculate. They made it look so easy, the numbering system to systemetical skinning and cutting process was impressive. Sam is the most helpful person, he guided us through the whole process. With the number of crowd present and asking him questions, I didn't see him frowned for a sec. They slaughtered 1000 goats and 15 cows in one day and not one person was panicking or messed up their work. All the staff at the slaughter house was working together as a team, laughing and talking to each other. Judy runs the administrative side of the farm. What a smart and active lady she is. Managing the slaughter line, payments, and great customer service. Hats off to you Maam. Thank you for making our religious festival a breeze. Yall are one true big family of great people. Thank you Your Forever Customer

Refused to change blade that cuts pork with a clean blade to cut beef. Basically if you are a Muslims don’t bother coming here, they will not care about the pork getting in contact with your beef.if you don’t eat pork don’t buy beef from here due to cross contamination

Harris Country Farms have all the meat options that you are searching for. I went in October to buy goat meat and I got fresh meat. You can get a fresh one as well as frozen meat. The staff are also really kind and generous and they gave us some organs for free.

Great place to have your livestock processed. They have good prices on meats too. Expansion underway to a separate location up the road. Looking forward to doing more business there.

I went there for Eid. Great animals, nice and clean service, with reasonable prices. I would only suggest improving their speed, and as I saw how professional they were, I bet it won't be an issue in the near future. Thank you for customizing your service and especially for allowing me to sacrifice my animal.
