My daughter and I purchased beef short ribs from the farmers market on Saturday, October 26, from your booth. I cooked mine first and found that there was but a few ounces of meat out of 1.2 pounds of ribs. The rest were all fat. I asked my daughter if she had made hers yet, thinking that it was perhaps a fluke. She made hers last night and stated she had the exact same issue, having only 4-5 ounces of meat out of over 1.5 pounds of ribs. We both spent a large amount of money on these ribs and are highly disappointed with the fact that they were 85% fat. Please do better. We are both incredibly unhappy. Update: The response I got was incredibly rude. Will never be purchasing from this company again.
Harmony Ridge is always delicious. I have been ordering from them for years now and it's been a lot easier to be healthy when I can have the best meats and veggies delivered to me every week. Their customer service is top notch to boot.
New to town, took a shot and ordered 1/2 a cow. Hands down the best beef I've ever gotten buying in bulk. Highly, highly recommend. Pic is ribs ... they were incredible!

They offer fresh veggies, meat and eggs at downtown W-S market but also have a convenient home delivery or farm pickup option as well. Friendly and knowledgeable.
Harmony Ridge is a great farm for local meats, veggies and fruit. Their CSA's are reasonable and well balanced.
