Lisa is wonderful! She will take you on a tour of the ranch and answer any and all questions you may have. The beef is amazing and priced fairly. She went out of her way to help my family out when we were in need. I will definitely be going back!
I took a nice tour of this ranch last week (Feb 2024) and Lisa answered all my questions as we drove around the property viewing the beautiful healthy cattle that are in different sections of the property. I couldn't be more excited to get our order for 1/4 of a cow for our freezer this summer. Lisa gave me a sample of their beef. WOW! Excellent flavor (not gamey) and nice marbling of the steak she gave us. We're going to share the existence of this wonderful family farm/ranch w/ others!
Lisa is wonderful to work with and the beef is incredible quality. We purchased out first whole in November and it completely filled our cheats freezer! There is just nothing quite like fresh, local, quality beef. Even your traditionally lower quality cuts are juicy and well marbled. We have already ordered our second!
Lisa was the perfect tour guide, she took me out to see the steers and gave me a great tour of the ranch while explaining how they run their operation. She sent me home with a package of rib eyes and hamburger. Glad to say it was delicious and can't wait for my half a beef in the fall!
This family really cares about their herd, their land, the quality of the meat, and their customers. Loved getting a tour of the ranch! I'd highly recommend doing business with them.
