The meat was very high quality. From the packaging to the boxing and and insulation they knocked it out of the park. The ribeye marbling was amazing. Great company. Will defiantly order again.

Customer service is terrible. I placed my first order and excitedly awaited its arrival. It was brought in as soon as it was delivered with almost all the chicken products and pizza completely defrosted, meat juice all over the box and my kitchen floor. I rinsed out all the packages and it took me some time to clean up. Furthermore, all of the ice packs were placed on TOP of the meat rather than on the top and bottom with the meat sandwiched in between - which caused the meat at the bottom to be defrosted. I contacted customer service with photos as soon as I was finished cleaning. I suppose even receiving a simple apology with the promise of doing better next time was too much because all I received was a defensive response with zero resolution. Given that it has been a full week, I thought it fair to warn others that if customer service is this severely lacking and the products aren't even being packed properly, how can this be a trustworthy company? Sorely disappointed.

The lamb shanks and stew meat look to be of high quality. The shipping was fast abs the items well-packaged. Most importantly, when there was a minor issue with my order, I reached out via the chat feature on their website and received a prompt response and it was promptly resolved. I know we’ll order from this shop again and again! Thank you so much!!!

I saw one of my friends post about this place on Instagram so I had to try it! The packaging was great and everything arrived still cold! I ordered the Halal Butcher box special which contains chicken, steaks & ground beef. I’m extremely picky about chicken so it was a huge relief how great the quality was! The steaks look amazing & I will be trying those this week. I’m very happy I saved myself a trip to the grocery store because I won’t be finding quality meat like this there!

The meat quality and packaging is good but the customer service is horrible. The first time I placed an order, an incorrect order was delivered to my address. Since then it has been 4 weeks of going back and forth on the phone with the team. They have failed to deliver the correct order or provide a refund.

I got a whole assortment of meats from these guys, and HOLY TOLEDO!!! Now I’ve tried a bunch of different butchers locally and even regionally, but Halal was special! I think my favorite cut was the New York Strip. Fresh, tender, juicy, overall absolutely fantastic! Oh and the sirloin? Could’ve fed a family of four on the one special cut alone. Very, very impressed with the product and I’ll absolutely be going back for more!!! Highly recommend.

My overall experience was amazing it was super easy ordering on their website and the package was delivered in perfect condition everything was packaged so the quality freshness was guaranteed all the meat arrived ice cold which again guarantees freshness. I will definitely recommend and be ordering again.

Extremely happy with the meats we got ! Not only were they delicious they came packaged so nice ! Love how they were proportioned too so I could freeze what I wasn’t going to use the next day. Came in a timely manner as well. Will only buy my meat from here forever 200 stars !!!
