Groves Farm Market

Stopped by to check this place out... am I ever glad that I did! It is beautiful inside and out, Proprietors are kind, helpful, and greet you with a smile. They told me all about what they're doing in their store, and what's coming up too. They're getting ready to open up a place where you can reserve it for parties and get togethers and it's going to be beautiful. I'm attaching some photos of the inside and outside of the store with their permission, and it is truly amazing! If you are looking for local market steak, ground beef, bacon, pork - I even saw a bag of huge scallops in there , and some shrimp too! Also, Jams, fudge, honey BBQ sauces ... too much to list! Just have a look at the photos and then get down there! You will not regret this decision to take the drive! It's an hour plus drive for me, and I will definitely be back! P. S. BRING YOUR COOLER so you can buy in bulk and keep it cold for your drive home 👍

Wonderful, friendly, welcoming owners. Beautiful, and obviously well run farm. They sell beef raised on the farm, local pork, organic chicken, hydroponic lettuce, and many more specialty foods... There was even a BBQ food trailer. They definitely have an eye for quality. Well worth a visit! Open Thurs, Fri., and Sat.. Enjoy!

Kieth and Karen were absolutely wonderful. They are very proud of the store they have created, and The Unbelievable time they have invested and all rightfully so! We Purchased some amazing finds; Including fillets, porterhouse, fried apple pies, produce, apple cider, and honey. We shared some of the meat at recent event and everyone said the same thing over and over. It was the Best piece and quality of meat ever. Love the antibiotic FREE! The quality and taste were all raved on as absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back soon, to peruse an investigate the store further. Thank you for your hospitality Karen and Kieth. 😁🥩

Karen, Keith, and Jamie are absolutely AWESOME! My family and I have been customers since they opened and we love coming by every weekend to stock up and catch up. We challenge anyone to find any better beef, chicken, or pork products - trust me, you won't! We have never been disappointed and have shared many meals with family and friends serving their delicious meats. My brother and his family even drove an hour and half to stock up for his family and friends - they all love it! Delicious products, great prices, friendly folks, all on a beautiful family farm nestled in the mountains - nope, it doesn't get better than this!

First time visiting here today and grabbed four MASSIVE sirloin steaks. Came home and cooked them on the grill. These were probably some of the most tender steaks I've ever had. Hardly any gristle or that notorious silver line that runs through most sirloins. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing cut of meat.

I have to tell you about this place because it's special. We like to have dinner (lunch) where the grass is green, the cows are happy, and the car traffic doesn't drown the conversation. Brisket sandwiches, potato salad, and a shady spot to sit and marvel at the countryside is hard to beat. When we were done we went into the market to pick up some local grass fed tenderloins and a nice chicken for supper tonight and tomorrow. We'll be back again and again.

What a great meat market. Get my ground beef there. Once our freezer gets low this is our place to stock up on bulk. Great food truck. Love the brisket. Owners are so pleasant.

We are just visiting the area and stumbled across Groves Farms Market. Wow what a selection of quality meats, foods and desserts and other things. The owners were extremely nice and good people. Thanks for the N.Carolina southern hospitality. Definitely go there if you are in the area.

Such friendly owners that care about their wonderful products. This is the place you should get all your meats, eggs and vegetables. They also carry a variety of specialty items. They also carry Two Country Hens products. Yummy!

Went there couple weeks back. And most diffently making our meat store from now on !! Once a month, instead of meat from ingles or Walmart. Meat fresher an tasty. …

Great selection, and quality. Beautiful locale.

This is our favorite local market. Keith and Karen are very friendly and they have a great selection of fresh meat, corn, tomatoes, butter, honey, etc. We're here every week and as soon as we get a freezer we'll take advantage of their great specials and buy in bulk.

Delicious and local grass fed beef. Loved it so much came back for more and we live out of state. Heard you need to come on Thursday for the best selection

My wife and I recently started shopping here and we love the quality of the food and the reasonable prices. The sandwich trailer prepares excellent smoked meats and we eagerly await our next visit!

Excellent selection of locally raised meats. The people there are extremely friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed barbecue from the food truck there….it was delicious.
