Griller's Pride Glatt Kosher Meat, Poultry and Prepared Dishes

Awful company and Peter is the rudest most impatient person. Should not working in customer service. I scheduled a meat delivery and because I didn’t answer my phone they didn’t deliver it. So disorganized. I’ve been getting grocery deliveries for 15 years. It’s delivered either with cold ice or it’s delivered and it’s my responsibility. Since I scheduled it. Never in my life have I had to answer the phone before a delivery. Now they charge me a $30 restocking fee. Never again will I order from them. Complete chaos.

I've had the chance to talk to Laura a couple of times and she's great! Customer service couldn't be better, and shipping is so fast. They have a wide selection with great prices, thank y'all so much!!!! Grateful to have such easy access to great kosher food.

We have been doing business with Griller's Pride for years and have been very pleased. The meat is always of great quality and very fresh. They deliver to my town about every 4-5 weeks and they are very reliable with their deliveries. Their customer service is also top notch. They are very friendly and easy to deal with and are eager to please their customers. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

After many years trying to get good kosher meat in Atlanta, we eagerly signed up when Griller's Pride started up a number of years ago. We have never been disappointed in the quality of their offerings. The meat is top quality, and the recently added no-hormone chicken is very flavorful (and much cleaner than other chickens!). And I love working with them -- they are always willing to cut meats the way you need them!

I live in a small Southern Indiana city where it is almost impossible to find fresh kosher meat. I rely heavily on the online kosher market. Griller's Pride has been very good to my family, by the quality and large selection of meat cuts they have, and by the very good service they provide. The shipping is perfect, and occasionally, I called Peter or his wife who have always responded to my questions (recipes, special type of meat etc..) with grace. We like the bison meats they have as well as a variety of organic chicken.

I order from Griller's Pride quite often. I appreciate being able to get cuts of meat that are not available otherwise in my small southern city.I also appreciate the Passover grocery list as it is easy to order items we have never seen here. I regard Griller's Pride as my kosher butcher. The service is outstanding. The few times my order was incorrect, I called and it was fixed or credited as appropriate. The truck comes on schedule to drop off our order and if it will be early or late, we are called beforehand. One time not enough customers ordered for a truck to be used and instead our order was sent out overnight and was received totally frozen without any problem. May I suggest the skirt steak, or the petite fillet, or the hangar steak. All delicious.

I have been ordering from Griller's Pride since they began delivering to Jacksonville. They provide such an important service! Ordering is easy - just go online. The prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent. With monthly delivery available it is easy to plan. Everyone the works at Griller's Pride has always been very helpful. Griller's Pride is not our only source for Kosher meat, but their selection and quality are above reproach. They deliver to our town (4 hrs outside of Atlanta) regularly. They are punctual, helpful and friendly. Lately they have been branching out and offering new products such as pulled beef barbecue and whole barbecued chicken--absolutely terrific!

While we're fortunate in Atlanta to have several options for kosher meat, Griller's Pride is far and away the best choice! They have the largest selection and highest quality. They are also able to provide custom cuts upon request. They also carry products that no one else in town does. Griller's is our trusted source for meat, we use them all the time and highly recommend them!!!

We moved to Jacksonville two years ago from South Florida. Our family loves to cook and more importantly eat! We were used to readily accessible kosher food markets. In Jacksonville our choice is much more limited especially as far as high quality meats are concerned. Grillers Pride has been wonderful! The meat is simply the best quality, and the variety spectacular. Ordering is so simple, and customer service is superb. Simply a pleasure to work with!

Griller's Pride has always been incredibly helpful and responsive, and has made living in a more remote area (Savannah) easier from a kosher meat standpoint. The selection at Griller's Pride is awesome, and Yael in the office is incredibly helpful at answering any questions regarding the cuts of meat, selection, and even on occasion, preparation! The deliveries are very punctual, and if for some unusual and rare reason the out of town delivery driver is running late, I always receive a call early enough to prevent standing around waiting for no reason. Even though Griller's Pride serves a lot of out of town locations, I always feel that I receive personal attention from the owner, Peter, who seems to know who I am even though we have only met in person once or twice. From start to finish, Griller's Pride provides top-notch service, and a warm experience. Any cut that you want, you can get it from Grillers Pride! And it is always of high quality. They are also terrific at giving you tips and recipes, always delicious! Without Grillers Pride our meat selection in Savannah GA would be sorely lacking. I do suggest purchasing an extra freezer, so that you can always have Grillers Pride meats on hand!

We have been buying kosher organic meats from Grillers Pride for over a year now. We live in CO and have it shipped. The organic meats we purchase are delicious and have a good amount of meat on the bone in comparison to other vendors we have used. The customer service has been exceptional -- Peter will go out of his way to accommodate my orders and answer questions. We depend on Griller's Pride to deliver kosher meat to our small town. In addition to a range of organic poultry products we can get bison, first quality grass-fed beef, a variety of poultry products, lamb and their own house made sausages--a special treat!
