As three-generations of family year-round in Stonington, we absolutely love Grijalva Cattle Company and visit the farm as often as possible. It’s so beautiful and owner Kim is incredibly warm and welcoming. There are goats, pigs, chickens, and horses— all treated like family members— and the Longhorn cattle are gorgeous, each with sweet names and many baby calves, so well cared for and adored by their human family and their kids. The rolling farm is heavenly, and Kim keeps her wonderful shop stocked with lovely, imaginative quality gifts for any occasion. And of course the Bounty Boxes of steaks are absolutely superb and keep our home barbecue glowing and our family dinner table bustling with delicious cuts of the best Texas Longhorn beef— whether rib-eye, strip, or patties— every cut is juicy, bursting with flavor, organic and compassionately farmed. We’re huge fans and hope to see you there!

So incredibly happy we signed up for the farm’s monthly Bounty Box! The meat is absolutely delicious and fresh. Every box we have received so far has been within a day of the meat coming back from processing. There is no guessing where your meat is coming from or how long it’s been sitting on the shelf, and bonus you’re supporting a small business. The animals are well taken care of which you can easily see when visiting the farm. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and care about the quality of their products.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only meat we eat! We are beyond impressed. The quality is outstanding— flavorful, and unlike anything you'd find at the grocery store. Every cut we've tried has been incredibly tender and delicious, and we love knowing that we're supporting a local farm that prioritizes ethical, sustainable practices. The ordering process was seamless, and the customer service is fantastic. Highly recommend!
