Great family owned butcher. Made multiple trips to their market. Live approx an 1 hr away....absolutely worth the drive. Meat selection is spot on. I'm not a huge of fat on my steak and usually cut around it but the Rib-eye melts in your mouth...deli case is small but powerful...Indiana ham is awesome. Check it out!

These are the nicest people I've ever worked with. They are so polite and have great customer service. They help with ideas on different cuts to make sure you like everything you are getting. They also recommend recipe ideas. Very knowledgeable.

I had to drive quite a while to get here, but the drive was worth it. All our meat was packaged very well and seems to be of the highest quality. But what made me write a review was the people. They were very friendly and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Extremely friendly. Bought dome pork cutlets and brauts. They were excellent for grilling. The macaroni salad was the rave last night. I was going to pick a steak to grill and the gentleman said the type I picked was more for stirfry and the pork would be good for the group. I'm from out of town and will be back here often.

They did a great job. On our half cow recently. Cuts were all clean and correct.

Used to be a good place to get good quality meat. Since the Locker changed hands the meat quality has dropped. Got Pork chops yesterday and today they are turning green. They also raised their prices. Ground beef is over $7 a pound.

Amazing, FRESH meats. You haven't tasted steaks and hamburger this good from any other store that I know of.

Bought a quality quarter shorthorn beef from a local farmer and he sent it to Hubers to butcher. We had it butchered mostly in hamburger and specified for the hamburger to be extra lean. The first package was extra fatty and looked whitish instead of meat red. We thought maybe it was just a one off and the rest would be better. After 5 packages my wife refuses to use it. So much grease and fat it ruined her Lasagna. It looks to be about 40% fat. Going to call Hubers tomorrow to ask them what happened here.

Friendly staff. Cuts of meat were perfect. Even gave me an extra cow heart even though they only had a half cow for me. Will return here again next year.

Best place to get beef butchered. There hamburger is ground to perfection for the best hamburger or for use in meatloaf or chili. Hands down better than the 5 or 6 others that I have used .
