My family and I deer hunt in SE Kansas each year. We used Gene's for processing for the first time this past season. He has a great selection of processing options; the deer brats and other sausage styles are to die for! I love the fact we get our own deer back, unlikely competitors. The turnaround time is quite fast and the price is very affordable. We cannot say enough good things about Gene's! We will be back next year!!!
