The best sweet corn I’ve ever tasted, we recommend their corn to everyone we know. I have never had better corn than theirs. Great vegetables and farm produce too! Wonderful prices! Their pumpkins are always cheaper than anyone around here.
Love the Bison meat. The bulk breakfast sausage is nicely lightly seasoned...I use it to make a burgers and anything I need ground meat in. The Bison Italian sausage and stew meat was also excellent! The Bison meat does not taste gamey at all....just very rich meaty. Has a lot more iron, minerals, vitamins and less fat than beef.... say yes to Bison!
The bison are awesome! It's worth the drive from across the river to see them.
They haven't had any buffalo meat for months. Also I don't see more than a few (like 5) buffalo as of 10/28/19. Are they getting out of the business? Last time I went there (a couple/3 months ago) they had only 3 porterhouse steaks. PERIOD . I bought 2..One was OK.. the other was as tough as leather. Had to toss it. $30 bucks down the drain.NEVER AGAIN YOU RIPOFF ARTISTS..
Great family farm. Excellent corn (in season). Very reasonable pumpkins in fall. Bison meat is very good (but frozen, not fresh)
Meats very tender, and the sweet corn is the best in area. Must be the Buffalo compost...as buffalo burgers are delicious, (they sell and ship buffalo meat)
